Ordering

Create a free account and prices unlock instantly, with no minimum order. There are two ways to order from the live sheet. In-stock items can be paid right away with Pay now; your items are held for you while you pay, and the order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through. Preorders, request-only items, and anything you would rather have invoiced go in as an allocation request: that is you telling us what you want, and nothing is charged. We confirm availability within 24 hours and send a Stripe invoice.

For requests, inventory is first come, first served until invoiced, so availability is not guaranteed until we confirm it. Your allocation is held for 48 hours from the moment the invoice is sent; after that it goes back on the live sheet and can be released to the next buyer. If you need more time, reply to the invoice email.

Payment

Pay now orders are paid on the order page through Stripe by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. Allocation requests are paid through a Stripe invoice by card or bank. Zelle and Venmo are available after your first paid order, and PayPal and ACH transfer are available on request. We never see your card number; Stripe handles it.

The amount you pay at checkout, or the invoice, is the final price including shipping and any tax due. Pay now shipping is a flat $15 and free at $500 and up. Prices on the sheet are 5 to 15% under TCGplayer and eBay sold comps at the time of listing and can change until your order is paid or your request is invoiced.

Shipping

Orders ship within 48 hours of payment on business days, by UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination. Shipping is a flat rate of $10 to $25 by weight, and free on orders of $500 and up (product subtotal).

Tracking is emailed to you and shown on your account page. Large case orders may ship in more than one box.

Damaged or wrong items

Check every shipment on arrival. If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, email Inquiry@BuyMoreCards.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, the box, and the shipping label, and keep the packaging.

We put customer service first and work with you to find a resolution. Every claim is handled case by case.

Final sale

Sealed product is final sale. There are no returns or refunds for change of mind, market price movement, or pull results. Damage and wrong-item claims are the exception and are handled as described under Damaged or wrong items.

Tax exemption

Upload a valid resale certificate once on your account page and every invoice is issued tax exempt. Certificates are stored securely and used only for tax purposes.

Privacy

We store what you give us to run your account and orders: name, business name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, resale certificate, and order history. Accounts and data run on Google Firebase, payments on Stripe, transactional email through EmailJS, the contact form through Web3Forms, and site analytics through Google Analytics.

We do not sell your data. Marketing email is opt-in and can be turned off on your account page. To delete your account and data, email Inquiry@BuyMoreCards.com.

Terms

Accounts are for businesses and resellers buying for resale or breaks. We may limit or close accounts with unpaid invoices or repeated no-pay requests. Listing errors in price or quantity can be corrected before an invoice is issued.

All product is sold as factory sealed; we do not open, search, or weigh product. Buy More Cards is not affiliated with The Pokemon Company, Panini, Topps, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, or Ravensburger; product names are trademarks of their owners.
